Version 2.4 Now in Beta

After a year of development and testing, we've recently started rolling out the new version 2.4 of dotAdmin to beta test websites and users.

The new version of the dotAdmin Content Management System features number of enhancements over the previous release, and we expect to be rolling these updates out to all current dotAdmin CMS users shortly.

New features include:

All new cross browser WYSIWYG editor

Our new WYSIWYG editor supports Firefox, Safari, Opera, IE6, IE7 and IE 8. It also features a wealth of new tools and a much more robust table editor.

Drag and Drop Selective Nav Editor

Change the order of your selective automated navs by dragging and dropping links in this new editor. This is much quicker and easier to use than the old way of managing selective navs. We think you'll like it a lot.

Online Image Editor

Upload, crop and resize images for use on your website with our new easy to use image editor. No more using external applications to prepare your images for your website. Just upload your image and edit it in dotAdmin.

New forum features

dotAdmin's build in forum now includes custom profiles (with extendable meta-data), forum user avatars, profile privacy settings, an optional WYSIWYG editor for forum posts which generates BB Code, AJAX forum image uploads, and forum thread ratings.

Coming Soon

Version 2.4 will be rolled out to all current version 2.3 websites shortly. We're also now working of version 2.5, which will feature a new simplified product / sale item editor for quicker product posting, and host of other enhancements and features.
